We are currently looking for part time Call Center Representatives to work in our various contact centers here at CU*Answers. If you have previous experince providing excellent customer service, working in a call center environment, or the financial services industry, then we want to meet with you!
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain a pleasing and professional demeanor while addressing credit union member concerns and questions.
- Initiate outbound calls based on assignments.
- Actively soft-sell credit union products and services by matching products/services to the member's needs.
- Assist in special projects as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work hours of the Contact Centers.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to accurately type 20 words or more per minute.
- Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and respond well to deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word.
